I am interested in applying for Express entry as my sibling is a PR holder and will be moving to Canada soon with my mom( visit Visa and later on on super visa). I would like to be with my family when they move to Canada.
I have completed Higher National Diploma in business management (2 years study) and have work experience in banking sales(1 year) human resource (2 months) and field surveying ( 1 year 4 months). I couldn't find a single NOC that covers all my job experience. My main aim is to complete my bachelors in Canada with funds from OSAP (available to PR holders only). My CRS grand total is 368.
The last round of applicants cut off score was 438 (according to Canada.ca).
Is there any other way for me to immigrate while still managing to get funds from OSAP for my studies ?
