Doubt with the Police Documents

Hello everyone!!

I have a question. I have provided the police documents requested by the government of Canada in Mexico, but have not yet confirmed receipt and have already passed 10 days of the deadline. Does anyone know how long it takes to confirm and begin to process them? Thank you!

They wont confirm. You can email mexico to verify they received them

Oh thanks! I have confided in the legend that appears in my CIC panel "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." I think the alternative of writing an email is good. Thanks friend!
