Doubt regarding " Two or more certificates, one must be of 3 years or more"

Hello , Can anyone pleaseclarify if I had done 4 years of btech and after that did certification course of Post graduate diploma in marketing and sales with 1st rank from distance learning , california state university ,san barnanido. (CSUSB).

Can i count it, in this section over here or not?

It may be difficult to judge applicability of your PG diploma as a second degree/Diploma for the "two or more degree" criteria without getting it evaluated for Canadian equivalency.

So suggest getting your PG diploma evaluated for Canadian equivalency. Once done you can check the below link to see if based on that evaluation you qualify for 2 or more degrees,

These evaluations usually take some time, but you can try checking the WES website or try emailing them to see if they recognize this course/diploma before starting off the official process. Guess wes evaluation is faster than iqas or others.

If you can get an ECA evaluation for that, then yes you can.
