Doubt regarding my eligibility to apply for express entry

I created this thread to resolve my doubt, I have completed my masters in medical physics but I'm currently working as a supply chain management supervisor for a year now. As i couldn't find immediate paid job openings in my field, I preferred to work in supply chain management when i got the opportunity. My question here is will i be eligible to apply for express entry? As my work experience is irrelevant to my background
