Doubt regarding eligibility

I have a doubt regarding eligibility and was hoping someone here could help me out.

- I have filled in the EE profile and it shows 421 points
- I have never in the past applied for any Canadian Immigration classes
- No experience in Canada
- No LMIA
- No job offer
- No Canadian degree

Am I still eligible to receive an ITA? Under which category?

True.. the people who already studied and work here just hoping to have luck to get ITA. Including me :'(

Under which category am I eligible? FSW (although as I mentioned I have never applied earlier)? Certainly not CEC I think?
