Doubt on submitting Sponsor affidavit

Hiii,
I had applied SDS Visa for May 2020. Unfortunately, while submitting the application I forgot to upload SPONSOR AFFIDAVIT. Is it mandatory to upload SPONSOR AFFIDAVIT or any letters from sponsor. What I have to do now. And how many days it will take to get my Visa??

If you have paid one year tution fee and purchased GIC then their is no need of sponsor affidavit.

I have applied my Visa on 4 March 2020. Till now I got only confirmation message stating my application was submitted. How many days it will take to declare their decision??
