I have a query where someone can answer.
I have created online profile with my quailification of Diploma and have experience of 10 years.
By 2013 i have completed my Btech , whether i have to add or not add to my profile.
Why becos it will affect my experience points as you consider afer Btech it will be 2 years.
Diploma -10 years exp
Btech -2 years exp.
Upgrading Education doesnt affect experence. Please revert your valuable ideas.
