Doubt about spouse's ECA

Hi all,
I am in the process of creating my EE. We have done ECA for my qualification as I am the PA but I have not done it for my spouse.
So what do I select for his educational qualifications? Completed secondary school?
Please advise.

Select whatever you believe to be the case, but when it asks if you have an ECA to that effect, answer no so that you are not awarded any points for it.
