DOUBLE APPLICATIONS UNDER SAME PROFILE

A quick question,

I Have submitted an application for Entry Express as married but my wife not coming with me. and I would like to submit another one from another account (under my name as well) which I will include my wife as coming with me. My points would decrease by 16 points in comparing to the first application. If I receive Invitations in both profiles, I want to reject it in the first profile and accept the second. If I receive an invitation only in the second one, I go ahead with it.

Is it illegal or fraud to do so?

My purpose of doing this is, in case invited to apply for a PR, I prefer doing PR for all my family rather than doing for myself only and after all finished I apply for my wife and child. In the same time, I do not want to waste the chance to be selected if the draw points does not come as down as my second profile.

Thank you in advance.

Just have a single profile with her included. With a 16 points difference you're likely to get an ITA as a single applicant LONG before you get one for your other profile. What is your score with them?

Well, say the draw gets to 461 in Feb. You can choose to accept it or wait for the 440 draw which might be a couple of months behind it. It's not recommended to have two. Is there anyway of improving the 440 scores? Better IELTS tests or more work experience soon?

Also that's 21 points difference, not 16.

OOOOPS yes, 21 pts.

I was believing that the score would decrease lower than 450 in the next draw according to specialists with the new entry express rules.

So I was saying if the next draw, for an example it reaches 440 points, I would receive invitations in both profiles. So I reject one and accept the one of both of us. But will there be any fraud when they realize that two invitations are under the same name?

Not fraud unless you submit both applications, but with such a big gap you are likely to get a draw with 461 several months before it goes to 440.

The draws will likely go: 480, 475, 470, 465, 460, 455, 450, 445, 440... you get the idea. It definitely won't jump straight to 440. A very large proportion of applicants are in the 400-460 mark.

Really?? :(

According to my analysis, the last draws (besides PNP) the points selected were going so down and down to 470 and more if they continued the draws... With the new rules, a lot of applicants with LMIA would loose their points to lower than 400pts. which would make the decrease faster and further. So to be honest, I am expecting the draw would take 430 pts candidates.

I hope I am right.

Not. A. Chance.

It's going to slice away slowly down to MAYBE the low 400's.

"not fraud until you submit both" You mean fraud if I accept both invitations and submit my documents in both applications? or you meant until my both applications are submitted in the pool?
