Dose New Brunswick issue NOI for EE candidates?

Dose any one got noi from new brunswick through Express entry pool? What are their criteria???

Priority at this time is those who have job and are living & working in NB now. If not, having family in the province gives more points. Requirements are in the link.

2. New Brunswick will, on occasion, invite candidates directly from the federal Express Entry pool in response to provincial labour-market needs.

Did you read this it's on their website ? They invite candidates from the pool occasionally, but I don't know if that happens regularly or not and I don't see anyone talking about it here
