Door to door shipping from US to Canada

Hi Guys!

Could you guys recommend ways to send large boxes (like +50lbs each) from the US to Canada? Not expedited shipping or anything--even via sea. I know companies like UPS and Fed Ex charge a lot and only have priority international shipping. My timetables are more flexible so even if it takes a month to arrive it would be fine

Your personal experiences would help a lot!

check ABF U-pack.. we used relocube (6x7x8) and paid only around $800.. arrive 4 days....station to station from Fresno, Ca - calgary,alberta.. very good service!..highly recommended..check their discounts too...good luck...

I checked with USPS. They do only air freight and costs $105 for 50 lbs and for the normal suitcase size (may be a 28" upright)

I didn't realize it was so expensive though but I guess we have to cough it up as "relocation expense"
