dont understand. help needed

ok..the application has been sent and process in singapore since april
and since then there is no news.
on july 8th i sent them email and this is the reply:

Your application is pending review by our visa officer. Please wait to hear from us.

can anyone tell me is that good or bad? what does this meant?
no news since then.

It pretty much means exactly what it sounds like it says - the application is in process, being assessed by an officer, and they'll let you know when they're done. Singapore has a processing timeline of 6-17 months, so you're well within those limits. It's way too early to expect anything from them yet.

i guess my patience has run out...i miss my husband terribly. on top of that, my medical check up is going to expired.
i also worried if they have sent me mail and the post here (Indonesia) lost it or sent to wrong person (it happened)
i read that if they sent you mail and they dont hear from you in 3 months then your application will be terminated...

dont worry too much pelda,almost the mails from sing are register mail,so its very safety,hopefully you will have good news from sing soon,im from vietnam,my app is also processing in singapore,but i recieved mail from them already,i can undertand your feeling now,i miss my husband very much like you,good luck pelda!

yes...i read others people and some of them started the application on july n they heard news... that's why i am worried

yes pelda,im so worry too,because i paid ROPRF 5weeks,but now i still heard nothing from Sing for PPR,i dont know what can i do now,just waiting,im so tired.

hi pelda, ROPRF it means the right of permanent residence.
wow so happy pelda,i got Passport request from sing ,and i sent my pp to cic 1week ago,and my husband check on the phone they started processing my pp on sep,20.maybe it take 2weeks-8weeks,do u redo police clearance,i dont know lwhen dose the police clearance expire?

just got mail from Singapore...they returning all the supporting documents...
now i'm confused....

there is a piece of paper saying: case status/additional information required

they dont say what additional information is needed...anyone can help me?!
