Hi all,
I need your sincere advise , the PR Card of my wife and 5 year old son will expire in May 2018, and they only stayed in Canada for a total of 2 months,now they still back in UAE,obviously they didnt meet the RO, as for me I will complete 2 years in Canada in next November 2017, then I will apply to renew my PR Card.
I wanted to renew the PR Card for my wife and kid as well,but knowing they didnt stay met the RO,i am sure they will be rejected so instead I was thinking if my wife and kid cancel their PR status ,and immediately after that I apply again to sponsor them as PR would they be eligible for new PR status or CIC might reject the case since they already had a PR and failed to meet RO..?!
another issue I am afraid it might complicate the case, is we got 2 daughters as well who were born outside Canada ,I applied TRV for them and they got it but It got expired in july 2017 and they only stayed for a month and left back with their mom to UAE, I am planning to apply for PR for them soon, but my question shall my wife cancel her PR and the kid then apply to sponsor them for PR for the whole family, or should I start with the 2 girls first then try to renew for wife and kid their PR and see what CIC would answer ?
please,i am confused and need your help to determine which step should I take.
