Don't go with DHL

THEY ARE GIVIGN NOTHING BUT A STUPID SERVICE. I HAVE GIVEN HIGH CHARGE FOR THE COMMITTMENT ABOUT TO GIVE "SERVICE WITHIN 72 HOURS" BUT IT IS ALMOST 144 HOURS MY DOCUMENTS ARE IN THE WAY....I ASKED THEM WHY THEN THEY ARE GIVING ME LOTS OF EXCUSES THAT PLAIN HAS OFF-LOAD THIS BECAUSE OF EXCESS WEIGHT....BUT THIS DOCX IS BELOW 0.5 KGS???....IF YOU WANT TO KILL YOURSELF THEN CHOOSE DHL.....

REQUESTING ALL FRIENDS PLEASE DON'T CHOOSE DHL AS YOUR CARRIER.THEY WILL MAKE YOU DIE....

It's not that DHL is bad. They r a reputed org & r doing pretty well. Over the globe many ppl use them satisfactorily, I did too. My pps were picked-up within 40 minutes of my call to them; and was delivered to the CHC the very next evening [before 24hrs.].

It's just that u had a bad-hair day with them. I suggest visit their local office & demand an explanation from their branch manager. U r most likely to be satisfied imdtly.

I had been dealing with DHL & FedEx for quite sometime -for our business consignments; and never had a prob with either of them. Once I had the requirement of speaking to their manager as the delivery got delayed more than 48 hrs. -came to know that there was an issue with the 'tracking' & the contents were delivered the same day to the rightful address. Though it was at their 'delivery dock' in the same city earlier in the day itself.

I hope your issue gets sorted-out asap.

They should inform me at least...My office is also dealing with FedEx, DPEx. Whatever the situation is all the company inform us but DHL is not even bothered to told me...As if, my duty is to pay the money but they will deliver it by their own will...I have talked with their customer care but they are mumbling..Nways its may b my bad day...but Im not happy with their service....

What will happen, if they rcv my initial application after 10.04.10? Will they cancel it due to IELTS issue?? As I haven't give any copy to them.
