Hey folks, I have done my medicals with doctor kulhman... His assistant just saw my Bio Data page and gave that back to me... then she did her thing in the computer... Should we do something with the Bio Data Page ?? Is there any action required from my side ? What is this "Bio Data" form for anyways ? Toby or other seniors advise..

Seperate Bio data form is not required anymore these days. It is now combined with Medical request form.

The biodata request was a separate form that asked your height and eye colour.
They generally don't send this anymore, probably because these are already attested by your medical exam. Apparently some people still get it (my theory is those with dependents).
