hi all ,
we are living in pakistan karachi i am 48 there is no one here who can help me i am so afraid
my husband can kill me he has weapon at his home or he can throw acid on me please help me to get out of this
me n my husband get married in 2003 have no kids i am 48 we are mulims so my husband
decided to make his family so he has done his 2nd marriage in june2012 after his 2nd marriage
he is used to start beating me in front of his 2nd wife n servants and using abusive language
after applying for business immigration for canada with me is it a crime to get 2nd marriage
i have 2n half year valid visit visa of america am i can eligible for asylum in america or in london i have 5 years valid visit visa of uk . he throw me outof his home n not giving me my personal belongings my passport n my my cnic he keep before his 2nd marriage we applied for business immigration for canada in march or april 2012 now he is used to say
he is going to show fake divorce papers so they remove my name from immigration application and add his 2nd wife name
i am very afraid have no support no money i really dont know where to go what to do who can help me
am i eligible for asylum do canadian govt gave me asylum if yes than what should i do to get this or is my
husband can get his business immigration approved with his 2nd wife
in december 2012 me n my husband were in lasvegas in 5 star hotel he starts beating me n thrown out of room so hotel
called 911 police came n took him to police station they charged battery charge on him after14 hours n taking 3000$ they
allowed him to go n face judge on 31 december he met lawyer their paid 2000$ to get out of it now is he eligible after
his domestic violence crime record in america or not please tell me what to do where to go who can help me to get my belongings n get asylum in canada thanks n appreciated to giving me time reply

I'm sorry you're going through this. Unfortunately you do not qualify for asylum in Canada.

You should report the abuse to your local police.

sorry but here if you dont have any support or
had money to pay them illegally they will not help
any one this true i am so afraid he owned weapons

Can you go back to your family's house to be safe? Are there any women shelters you can stay in? Can you file for divorce? Can the police accompany you(for safety) to the house in order for you to collect your personal belongings and documents from?

It will seem he married her without divorcing you...their marriage is not legal according to the laws in Canada. He has to divorce you first, then marry the "other" woman before he can even think of bringing her here. Polygamy is not allowed.

Also, CIC(Citizenship and Immigration Canada) requires applicants to inform them when there is a change in their status i.e. marriage, divorce, children born/adopted. Has he told them about the 2nd marriage? He must inform them before "landing" otherwise, you will both be guilty of misrepresentation, your PR visas revoked and both be deported to your home country.

A detailed background check will be performed and that arrest record in Las Vegas will likely show up. Hope all goes well for you and be safe.

but i am just cant understand i am a victim
i am alone my parents are no more
sorry but here if some has no money they have
no power so no one help you i am not safe here
as we are muslims so a man can keep 4 wives at
a time if he want to so is not giving me divorce
because if he gave me divorce so he has to gave me
my passport my cnic and my gold n diamond jewellery
which he dont want to gave me his peoples are following
me they keep told him what i am doing where i am it is so
hard to move around here so please help me how i can get

uk or usa asylum because here i am not safe as i told u
that his peoples are all time follows me they can throw acid
on me or can kill me in mulim law a man can divorce her wife
but for a wife it is not easy and when if your husband
is a big business man he has man
power and money power no one blame him to do so
i am alone only can pray to god and looking up to you
i find you people who they are concern about what i am
going through at that moment when i am victim and afraid
if some come forward to help me it is too big for me and tell
as she told me that i could also facing problem or to be
returned my home land i just cant get her sorry because
i am facing so much problems beating abusive language
here so it is how come that for his crimes some one

trying to help me
as i got new passport but it does not have visas on it to
get visas i have to pay visa fees again which i already
mentioned i do not have money no one here who can gave
me n also it is a visit visa if i can ran away i wish how can
i get work there thats why i am trying to get asylum to just ran
away today i am bu age but look like 35 n i can cook very delicious
food i am a hard worker i never complain please help me to get uk or usa
aslylum please pray for me may god help me n save me .

yes here are some ngos which suppose to be help peoples n women
in this situation but sorry to say it actually they are not if ladies are
elderly they turned mentally sick or if they are young energetic they work
as prostitute here are so many stories which are true but they denied it
they turned you in there slave they are not help full for any one but themselves
andthere political backgrounds i am afraid if i told them my story they will blackmail my husband
he will aware of it that i am trying to escape n he will kill me he has weapons at his home
as i told you earlier he is a big business man here he has name money n power which i dont have
i am nothing for them but a blank check for them which they can cash please tell me more some how
if i get my passport n ran away from here to uk or usa as i have 5 years visit visa of uk will they allow me to stay long
n work there or in usa i am thank full to you all who read my mails and praying for me n trying to help me out of it
