Hello I want to know that, may I travel Canada domestic flight without work permit stamp on passport. I have work permit and my study visa has expired. I want to travel Toronto to Winnipeg.

You don't need visa for domestic travel. Any photo ID would be sufficient, like Driving license, passport etc
