Hi,

I worked as an inbound customer service agent for 1 year for a telecommunications company. I dealt with internet, home phone, wireless and cable. The duties I had to perform match (for the most part) with the noc code 6221 technical sales specialists. I have yet to speak with my previous employer to see if they would change the title on the job letter. But if they can't, does it matter what the title is as long as the duties match?

TITLE DOESN'T MATTER
HRDCA WEB PAGE SHOWS AS EXAMPLES

MY BUDDY APPLIED WITH NOC 2241 AND HIS TITLE NEVER MATCH WITH ANY LISTED TITLE AND HE GOT HIS PR

NO NEED TO WORRY

As long as the duties match and your title is not far off, you'll be fine.

All the best mate,

Your job category is B . It's call Technical sales specialists - wholesale trade. There is no problem with job title.
