hi All

When i made my express pofile i have answered "Does XXX have a job offer in Canada? as Yes but i have selected that i donot have the LMIA.
now that i have recieved the ITA. it is asking me offer letter employment reference etc.

I still do not have the LMIA but i am working on PGWP and have a permanent job within my scope of study i.e relevant NOC.

Can change my answer to "NO" to that question. if i do so the fields for asking employment reference letter and offer letter goes away. will it make a difference? should i continue with "Yes" and attached my current offer letter and employment reference letter?

i am confused. please tell me what should i do. what is right way to react on this? i am going to send my document in a day or two.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You can say Yes to that and append those letters and hope it works.

Else you can say No and attach an LOE along with your work reference letter and highlight that you answered NO because you don't have an LMIA supported job offer.

Thanks for your reply Asivad.

If i say Yes or No in both cases my points will not change.

What in your opinion would be the best approach here? i have the letter ready just in case if i select Yes.
and if i say no then there is no need for those letter.

As you correctly pointed out, it doesn't matter either way. Choose whatever makes greater sense for you and back it up with documents or LOE as the case might be.

We chose 'Yes', as I don't think they are asking for an LMIA-supported job offer in the first question. Why would they be asking the same thing twice? They would just ask 'Have you got an LMIA-supported job offer in Canada?'.

Does XXX have a job offer in Canada?

I am currently working under NOC code 6311 - Food service supervisors from past 10 months which is fulltime job. My company can provide me job letter where my designation, start dates And fulltime employee i will be mention. So should I tick yes to above question or still NO.

Question sounds tricky and I don't want to do mistake here.

Thanks in advance
