Does WP-EXT show that there's higher chance to get PGWP approved?

My pgwp application is not entirely straight forward, since I took mandatory military service.

Immigration lawyer told me that I don't need to worry about it, but its hard not to because I am currently working now.
I saw some people in the thread getting rejected even if they did nothing wrong.

Anyways, I got WP-EXT next day when I applied for PGWP.
Is it a sign that shows there's higher chance for me to get PGWP? Or else what is the mechanism behind getting WP-EXT?
I saw some people not getting WP-EXT even though their application is straight forward.

The WP-EXT is meaningless. It's automatic.
