Does work DURING study counts?

hello

can u help me .. i had 5 years of full time study .. during my study i had a part time job for 5 years
collage was from 8am to 4pm ... work was from 4Pm to 9Pm .... i worked weekends (2days per week) and had 30 days off every year for exams

does this work experience count? and much work exp i get out if it (if u have the time and mood to calculate)?

please another question :

if my job list is at 300 now ... and i'v heard that a new list will come at the end of this month ... what happens to the 700 ? does it go to the new list? or will it be closed?

And where to find leaks about the new list?

You must have 1 year of full time work experience in the past 10 years before launching the application. Full time work experience according to R80(7), is equivalent to at least 37.5 hours of paid work per week. Full-time work experience requirement may be met by the equivalent in part-time paid work experience, e.g. more than one part-time job held simultaneously or one or more part-time jobs held over the equivalent of one year of full-time work. Experience can be calculated by adding up the number of weeks of full-time work, i.e. 37.5 hours per week in one job or a total of at least 37.5 hours per week in more than one job, in one or more of the NOC categories. Periods of work of less than 12 months during the 10 years immediately preceding
the date of the application may be added together and divided by 12 to calculate the number
of years

Probably there will be no change in the NOC list. Expected changes are
1- There will be more points for first official language (English) and less for (French)
At the moment there are max 16 for English and 8 for French.
2- There will be new regulations to counter the marriage fraud for immigration in Canada.

CAPS will be reset in June 2011 and new applications will be opened starting from count 1.
That means your occupation will be 700 short of its limit and they will start again from zero in June 2011.
