does Withdrawal means the application cancelled ?

Help please!
I applyed for spouse visa and received Medical request and after medical is done, i broke up with my husband who lives in canada and he Withdrew the application, so how can i continue the application? or can i contact ircc to continue the application?
And is withdrawal means the application is Cancelled?.

Unfortunately there's no way to continue with the application. Yes, this means that your part of the application has been cancelled.

Ok, and if we both want to continue the process after same days can we continue it or start a new process??.

So if you reconcile with your husband, he would need to add you back to the application.

There's no way for you to apply independently since you are outside of Canada.

One more question please,
he withdrew the application with out telling me and he don't want to send me the divorced certificate so is that possible to take a layer and take action?
It has been 5years since we married but we don't have a child.

You'll have to provide more information on what kind of action you want to take.

Your husband can divorce you without your agreement. A lawyer cannot force him to stay married to you.

Your husband is also entitled to remove you from the refugee application. A lawyer cannot change this either.

If you want to obtain the divorce certificate, then you can certainly hire a lawyer in Canada to assist you with this.

Avoid "bro" if you are not aware of the member's gender....
