Does WES consider Fellow Member of ACCA equivalent to Masters

Hello Everyone,
I have recently become the fellow member of ACCA, and I visited a consultant today who told me that fellow member of ACCA gets the equivalency of Master's Level. And he stressed that he is confident about that.
WES has already considered my Membership of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant equal to 4 years bachelor.
Can anyone help me with my question.

Yes, WES has given me the equivalency of 4 years of bachelor.

So you applied when you became FCCA? Do you have any other type of degree like OBU or B.Com?

I have OBU and yes i have applied after becoming FCCA.

Brother, I have B.Com only + ACCA Membership.

May be they gave you 4 years because of OBU + ACCA and may be it has nothing to do with your FCCA status? How confirm you are about this? Because I was going to apply for WES and this question came in my mind about FCCA status as I will be FCCA in October 2019. I tried searching on Google alot about this and I only found your single post only highlighting this subject. Do you have any other reference for FCCA + B.Com (2years)?

When you were building your profile in WES , you mentioned FCCA as "Further or Professional Education" or "Higher Education"?
