Hello guys,

am going to apply for canada work permit from india online process, through postive LMIA from employer in NOC 6552 "C" Category .

My worriers is , i had applied Denmark green card in oct 2014 got refusal due to following reasons below:

1) After the Aliens Act § 40 paragraph. 1, point 1., An alien must notify the information

is necessary for deciding whether a permit under this Act can be issued

suspended or canceled, or if the foreigner residing or working legally in the country.

According to the report no. 968 from 1982 Aliens Act, p. 202, among other things, that

if a foreigner gives false information or statements or fraudulently conceals

information, this - besides refusal - result in criminal liability under the

current § 59 paragraph. 4, or possibly to criminal prosecution.

Reasons

We can not give you a residence permit in Denmark, since we have assumed that you have delivered

incorrect information for the purpose of considering your application for a residence permit on the back
because of the greencard scheme pursuant Aliens Act. § 9 a paragraph. 2, no. 1. cf. Aliens Act.

§ 40 paragraph. 1, point 1. and drafting process.

We have focused on the information from VFS Global, then the HR department of your employer
space "Company name"have stated that they have not issued 2 of the statement from your employer that you

enclosing your application for a residence permit.

We find in the background is no need to decide whether you can be awarded points for your

education, language skills, work experience, adapt or age.

We can not give you a residence permit in Denmark.

We would also draw attention to you when submitting their application solemn

has obligated you to provide correct information. Submission of false information is a

violation of the Danish Penal Code § 161. The inclusion of the employer declarations

may also be a violation of the Danish Criminal Code, § 171 of forgery.

Can anyone suggest me , is there any problem for grand of work permit visa ???????

Please suggest...

It seems like you committed misrepresentation in your application for permanent residence in Denmark. It is a serious matter. You must declare this refusal in your application for a Canadian work permit along with the relevant documents.

It is possible that IRCC will conduct additional checks or may scrutinize your WP application closely

Unfortunately, you cannot go back in time and change the refusal of your Danish green card application.

You can only move forward = Apply for your WP by being completely honest about your past immigration = Hope for the best

Answer honestly but I wouldn't go into the details just Applied for .....on 2015/0/01 and was refused on 2015/02/01 maybe the application number.
If they want details they can ask you, and you cant be accused of misrepresentation since you mentioned it.

Sorry sir, i try to understand those mentioned lines by you "wouldn't go into the details just Applied for .....on 2015/0/01 and was refused on 2015/02/01 maybe the application number." but, i cant

i understand that, though past immigration of denmark in 2014 refused reason for misrepresentation by forged documents wont affect the current work permit LMIA application 2018.

Please advise ...

If you mention the refusal in your application you cant get into trouble, they can only refuse or ask for more information.
What I am saying is you should mention it but dont go into details why it was refused.
If you dont mention it and they find out you can get 5 year ban from Canada.

100% sure i ill not hide past refusal as you said ban , but mandatory they ill ask for supporting documents at the time of submitting work permit application ??

And i have few clarifications ;
1) due to my submitting application is here risk involved for sponsored employer in Canada ?
2) Bcoz of past refusal chances of refuse my current application ?

I am not aware of any requirement to submit refusal documentation, make sure you read the forms carefully and if you think they are asking for docs then you will need to submit.

No there is no risk to them, as long as you submit honest application.

Past refusal is a negative on your profile especially since it looks like it was for misrepresentation and they find out the reason, but does not mean you will be automatically refused, it is just part of the equation.

You must give the details for your Danish green card refusal. IRCC is clear about this.

Each visa application is evaluated for its individual merits. If you submit documents/statements/information that is true and correct in every way then there's no need to worry about your Denmark refusal

Hi Bryanna..

I need your precious suggestions... I have a situation which I would like to discuss with you... If anyone has recently completed 1yr studies in canada... and again wants to get himself enrolled for another 1 year program... it means 1 + 1 yr program... just because to obtain 3 years PGWP...

My current study permit expires in december 2018 and plans on attending a different school in Manitoba (still a DLI) however it will be for a January 2019 Intake.

So now the query is..

1. Should I apply for study permit extension even though it starts in January Or I will need a new study permit..???? And what is the success rate.. that officer would again issue Or allow us for a study permit extension?

2. How easy to obtain study permit extension if applying within Canada?

3. More importantly, do we again need to show the proof of funds.. It is reflecting as one of the options which is mandatory to show while trying to apply online on CIC's website... For example, if another one year program cost us $15,000 then do we again have to show money in my bank account ... like In the same manner.. I showed them when I first applied from India .??
And suppose.. if I am not having enough balance in my back account then I would not be issued an extension...? funds available, i am quite not sure what to put, as my bank statements show a total balance of $500 and i already paid ONLY 1 semester fees, I dont want the cic thinnking i cannot sustain myself as my available balance is low.

4.Is getting an extension approved easier than when you apply for the first time ? As in are they less likely to refuse (as long as you have all the documentation of course) ?

Please note : (Previous study permit not expired)

I am sure you could assist ...it would be a great help...
Thanks in advance... :)
