1- My Blood pressure BP is 80/114
2- My Cholesterol Cholesterol 206 normal is 50 to 200

Hope it's 114/80. Did they repeat taking your blood pressure? What's the blood pressure of the other arm? Do you have symptoms of lightheadedness/dizziness? Usually if the result is somewhat out of the normal range, before they record your blood pressure, they do repeat it. for example, on the other arm or on the supine position... The doctors usually based the decision of labelling their patients medically unfit, on the underlying condition. That's the reason they order additional tests to support the diagnosis. If that condition is not acceptable based on their guidelines, you will surely be unfit.

Anyways, you can always ask your DMP during the medical exam, so that you will be guided accordingly.
