I came in last year when the rule to work as an international student states 20 hours if you get a job in the U.S. (remote), does it hinder further application to PGWP or any other future applications? I would be glad if I get a response

What exactly is your question? US company will hire you but pay you in CAD in Canada. That's how taxation works unless you have status in US and land a remote job there which you can do from Canada or anywhere in the world.

My question is if the hours done with the US job add to the hours required for an international student with a study and work permit? . Which is 20 hours at the moment

Does your US employer have Canadian offices, clients, suppliers or a presence in Canada? If not, it doesn’t count towards the 20 hours.
