Your request for a visitor record, as indicated on your application, was for the period of your intended stay for tourism from 20Jun2019 to 30Dec2019. This period has lapsed and as such, I am refusing this application for a visitor record. I am satisfied you have fulfilled the original reason for entry/satisfied purpose of your stay in Canada has been fulfilled.
Our records indicate that your authorization to remain in Canada has expired and you are now in Canada without valid temporary resident status. As such, you are required to leave Canada without delay. If you do not leave Canada voluntarily, enforcement action may be taken against you. Thank you for your interest in Canada.

Others can correct me but I just read this that you have been given notice to leave the country as soon as possible and if you do not do so voluntarily then it will move to the next level of removal order something you do not want.

If you intend to apply for anything in the future suggest you make plans to leave ASAP whilst you have been given the opportunity to leave on a voluntary basis.

No - it's not a removal order. However if you don't leave, it will become a removal order.

You’ve been refused a work permit three times , you’ve received a please leave letter , if you don’t , you’ll soon receive a “you will leave”and a follow up visit by the CBSA, and the chances of visiting Canada in the future will dramatically decrease because you didn’t follow immigration rules

You should consider applying outland (vs. inland) in case you are removed from Canada.

You can apply inland, however this won't stop CBSA from removing you if they chose to do so. If you are removed, this will cancel your inland application. You would be better off applying outland for that reason.
