Does the VO check IRCC for our update?

Mine is a paper application and I have updated the application through IRCC. Now I want to know if vo checks it or not? Because I haven't got any acknowledgement.

There was a error in a my paper application, and as advised by the people here I updated it by uploaded a new one in IRCC.
