Does the roles and responsibilities letter need to include all the titles held?

Provide a separate letter of reference for each position you have held and combine along all related pay stubs for each position in a PDF file.

EX:
Letter of reference Title A
Pay slips Title A
In one PDF

Same applies to the rest.

* Reference letter must be on company header letter asserting your:
-Name as per passport
- Your designation
- Gross Salary
- Working hours per week
- Duration in this position ( if current you should indicate up to day)
- Your Duties
- Supervisor or and HR manager name and full contact
- Company stamp/ seal

but what if the person has worked in title A only for 4 months and then for title B worked for 15 months. do we need to still provide roles and responsibilities of title A even though you worked for 4 months which is not eligible for EE. or we can just explain to the officer that I have worked only 4 months so company is not willing to dislodge any roles for that???? please help me out.
