Does the Physical Interview is Mandatory?

I saw in Many post that some of them attended an interview ??? I am From India, and i applied for Work Permit through online?
Is there the interview procedure is for all candidates? Any senior members please, explain about the Interview?

Buddy..... dont get tensed with all the information and process..... the interview process is only for few selected candidates when the VO wants to have some further clarification.

As I mentioned earlier, I have obtained TWP multiple times and I never had any interviews neither any of my known circle buddies.

Just relax, stay positive and submit ALL THE NECESSARY documents, thats the key.

I do..... I had a stressful 8 months waiting for my TWP during which I had to make many life turning decisions.....

Dont worry..... You will get it through IF you have all the required documents and submit the application appropriately....

Dont hesitate to ask any doubts in this forum and am sure you will get some guidance from most of the seniors here....

This forum gave me the much required positive thought and "feel good" factor and kept me going....
