Does the embassy in Abu Dhabi absolutely care about the program start date?

Hello,
I have applied for a study permit on June 2nd, 2016 through the online mode. My classes are supposed to start on 6th. I did pass a medical test on August 5th. The medical exam was requested by the visa office on July 21st. I am just wondering I did my best to apply well before the 3 months. I just feel would they at all be concerned if I miss my semester? I do have a resolved issue of overstay which I did my best to explain the extraordinary circumstances I faced.
 
No - they really aren't concerned about the start date of your program. If they haven't made a decision by the start date of your program then they will most likely ask you to obtain a letter from your school granting you permission to defer the start of your program to the next semester.

You have a non-standard application due to your overstay and unfortunately can't be expecting normal processing times.
 
I am aware that I cant expect within normal processing times... Those normal processing times FYI has elapsed by 4 weeks... thanks for the reply though.

I just received a request for my passport. You were nothing but a source of discouragement and negative vibe to me. Try not discouraging people if you have somehow made it so can others! I even read one of your comments in a forum made by students from Pakistan who were aspiring to come to Canada and you were mocking one of them by saying something like 'your level of English is too weak to receive an approval.'
Just who gives you that high ground is beyond me? My advice to you is people who dream have the cleanest hearts and DON'T ever break it. There are students in Canada who can't speak a word of English, there are landed immigrants on Canada who came through their families and can't speak a word of English! STOP MISGUIDING PEOPLE.....

did you get your passport with visa?
my son sent his passport for visa since 6 Sep. and still did not received.
please inform when you have your passport.

Call the vfs where he sent his passport and give them the tracking number, they'd be able to locate accurately where the passport maybe. It is quite worrisome that he still got the passport back. It must supposed to take only two weeks.

Just curious, who did you submit the passport to? VFS or directly to the embassy? and in which country?
