IF we calculate 52*37.5 = 1950, this way it looks like they are not counting the statutory holidays under experience. but when it comes to 40 hours a week then i believe it's ok to take 130 hours of vacation (this may include holidays as well as your vacation)

It's my thought.

Seniors please suggest

If by 'statutory' holiday you mean 'paid' holiday, then it counts for CEC experience!

One year of full-time experience means one calendar year of full-time experience (37.5 hours or more per week), or the equivalent in part-time experience (which will usually be more than one year). You have to be employed for a minimum of 12 months/365 days, plus meet the hourly requirement.

Since we don't know if you're part-time or full-time, we can't really address your question properly....

So you are considered full-time, and the holidays are a benefit (like paid vacation). You do not have to exclude that time.

but it is applied to Part-time? I still get paid for statutory hours so do I need to exclude these hours or not?
