Mine was on August 27,2020. I am not sure about the time frame for receiving ITA but I doubt that we all get ITA by the end of today.

I was in the same program as yours and have applied to OINP skilled trade. As long as your Canadian experience match NOC 6332 lead statement and duties, you are eligible for OINP skilled trade stream.

The title of your position is not matter, as long as your position cover the lead statement and the description of duties and responsibilities in NOC code that you think it might relevant to your position. I have asked this question to CIC agent and got this answer.
