Does social welfare effect negatively on your hearing or case .?

It does not in the case of family reunification for spouse and children when you apply for PR after you have been a refugee. You can't sponsor your parents if you are on social insurance. You also can't sponsor a spouse if you got married after you got refugee status or maybe (might be after PR not refugee).
