I found a remote customer service job the employer says he will support my work permit and PR application.
The employer wants me to start the training next week and on the pre employment training contract it says that they will pay me for 10 days training and deduct tax from the training payment. I have a TRV but I am on my home coutry now. I would like to know if it is legal to start the training and get paid.

You are working outside Canada so nothing to do with Canadian laws. You can work full time, outside Canada for a Canadian company. What province? Employer will have proven no Canadian can do the job, and show why you need to be in Canada if your job can be done remotely. You do not need to be in Canada to do the job.

Not sure how employer will get a LMIA with a remote job. Your job will be tied to the location so must live and work there.

The province is Ontario. The job will provide benefits as extended Health Plan, Visual and Dental Insurance. Employee will be entitled to paid holidays, sick leave and bereavement leave. Public Holidays

Benefits mean nothing. What is Visual Insurance? How many days holidays?
Has your employer filed for a LMIA proving no one in Canada can do the job? In filing LMIA, employer has to pay wage that is the median for the region. Is your salary the same as Canadian pay? If employer can hire you and you work remotely it means that you do not need to be in Canada to do the job. You need an approved LMIA to even apply for a work permit.

The emplyer does not mention how many days for holiday. the employer send me a pre employment training contract. If I pass the 10 days training the emplyer says I will get a job contract. the rate is 26 CAD. the employer says I can work part time or full time. I don't know if the emplyer apply for LMIA yet.

You don't need to come to Canada to work. So take the job as this is a remote job. Doubt employer would file for a LMIA. So this doesn't add points if planning to immigrate to Canada. You can count the experience as foreign experience. What is the NOC?

TEER 4 job (NOC C) so I very much doubt employer will file for a LMIA for a call centre job. You don't need to be in Canada for a call centre job. Would not be eligible for Express Entry or OINP for that NOC anyways.

Not working in Canada so you follow your country's tax laws. No impact on TRV. But if you get TRV, you cannot work in Canada for that employer without a LMIA and a closed work permit.
