Does Pregnancy Lower Chances For Visa Acceptance

Hey everyone!

So I've looked around and couldn't find the information I am needing.

My wife and I are planning on going to Canada in Jan. or Feb. 2018.

I will be going as an international student and her with an open work visa. We have almost everything ready to submit our visa application.

My question is, if by chance she gets pregnant while we are still here in our home country, will the pregnancy cause any problems getting our visa accepted?

In medical they will state if pregnancy is positive.

Hey, what happened to your visas? Were you able to secure a visa without an X-ray taken during pregnancy? I am in the same boat, share your experience, please?
