So after receiving an ITA and submitting my application, I was required to travel to Japan on short notice. I applied for the visa but the visa was rejected. When Japan rejects a visa, they also stamp your passport, so after my eAOR (which included a scan of all my passport's pages), I got another stamp (a rejection stamp).
My uploaded passport scan includes all my stamps from China, Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Australia - however, it does not have this rejected Japan stamp because we applied for the Japanese visa after eAOR.
My question is, has anyone been in this situation before? Do I need to submit it to IRCC and if so, how?
