Does Passport requested mean my wifes application is approved?

Got a question. Once the visa office asks for my wife's passport would that mean they finished looking over all the evidence or is that only completed once a DM is done?

Depends on which vo is yours.
Manilla for example, asks for passport at the beggining of the process.

Ya its manila so I guess once we get DM that's when we can feel more relaxed. Just submitted in June already have SA as of Aug 16. Seems to be move quick which is good.
