I HAVE QUESTION ,DOES ONTARIO SENDING NOI OTHER THAN SELECTED OCCUPATIONS.IF ANYONE ALSO MEETING THE CRITERIA OF 400 POINTS.APPRECIATED
 
People with ICT background with CRS even below 400 are getting NOI
 
whereas others with other backgrounds need to be above 400

First why are you writing all in CAPS?
second, it is very clearly written on their website that apart from the targeted occupations, they will keep sending NOIs to other people who meet their requirements (400 CRS score being one of them)

People have posted on other forums who received their NOI from other backgrounds with CRS score above 400..

See even after multiple requests, still this guy writes in CAPS. People nowdays are smoking too much weed I guess, sad.
