Does offer of employment have to be signed by Owner?

I got my ITA last month and got almost all of my documents. I am on a Closed LMIA work permit working as a Cook. For the job offer letter, is it okay if it is signed by the executive chef and general manager of the restaurant instead of the owner because the owner is not in my province right now. Please advice, thank you.

Yes I'm pretty sure it's real because I have a Closed Work Permit and I'm already working in Canada
