Dear All Friends,


I am a Assistant Manager in PTCL (Multimedia and Broadband Engineer) working for last 2 year in this company. I have calculated other points and I feel that I am eligible for applying canadian immigration. BUT I AM CONFUSED IN THIS OCCUPATION LIST. I have gone through CIC website and found my occupation there with Unit group number 0131 (Telecommunication Carriers Managers ). Please tell me that am I eligible for it..Kindly tell me that whether I am right or wong.. someone told that the list on the official CIC's website is old and you are not eligible but I am not convinced. please reply to this

0131 is not in 38 occupations under MI list, so you are not eligible for FSW-1

But if you have ver worked or studied in Canada for over a year or have a job offer from Canada then you can be eligible under FSW-2 or FSW-3

but it is present on the official website in detailed occupation list. it is a sub category.. is it old one? why it is on website..


It is a sub category of 013 Manager in Communication( 0131 Telecommunication Carrier Manager) why it is on website??
 
I have checked it again..

it is present on another category 0211 Engineering Managers(manager, telecommunications engineering service). I fall in this category aswell. please tell me that am I eligible?
