Does my eduction qulify for CEC?

I got the finicial management certificate from BCIT last year and work as junior accountant almost for 1 year. And my study in BCIT for the certificate took me 2 years full time, cause the credits required is 60. I am not sure whether I qualify for CEC.

i got a question to you. is an accounting diploma from a college a good way to
become accountant in canada, i am german citizin i wanna work in canada
but i dont have any degree yet, and doin diploma would please me rather
than goin towards thos high tuitions and lots of work of a university degree.
i mean gettig a job like you would be ok for me. can get that with a advanced diploma
from any college in toronto, too?
