Does my common-law partner need to fill out IMM 5669

Hello folks,

my question as said in the subject: does my common-law partner who's the sponsor need to fill out Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)? In the instruction it indicates me as the applicant and my spouse/common-law partner need to fill this form, but it is not in the checklist for the sponsor. Pleas advise..

Only the sponsored person (principal applicant) needs to fill out that form.
