Does medical results received line in ecas mean anything or just a mass update?

Hello pple,

Seen quite a few comments saying that medical received line after we started processing your application on xxxx line is just a mass update or a signal that PPR will follow? Here is my timeline

We received your application for permanent residence on April xx, 2012.

We started processing your application on May xx, 2012.

Medical results have been received July 15, 2012
