hi,I am glad to find you kind people. My first question is

Does low salary matter with experience points?

I am a PdD candidate in China. I have applied in 2007, waiting for the Stage2 now.
I have worked as a programmer in my supervisor's company for three years.
My salary is much lower than normal workers, and I need not to pay tax. And I need not to pay social insurance. However, it's really fulltime and I completed the same duties with them.

I plan to notarize the contract and reference letter, and provide the article I wrote for the internal company news. Salary slips? Work notes(several volumes in Chinese)? Pass card in the company?

Any suggestions?
I wonder what do you think of my experience. My English teacher always say I have to learn to think in English. I cannot sure if I will really be confirmed.
Thank you very much.

Thank you all for your views.

I will prepare for my reasons.

The NOC code is not a problem, since I applied before Feb. 27, 2008. A common programmer was acceptable at that time.
