I have gone through the hrsdc website and got known that no recruitment efforts are required for international graduates from a publicy funded colleges. My employer does not know how to apply for LMO. Am in confusion regarding the supporting documents to be attached. can anyone through some light on this what to be attached along with the application. Please suggest do i have go through an immigration lawyer to apply for LMO or can we directly apply through employer. Guyz please reply immediately who are in same situation. Also request moderator to suggest me whether to go with immigration lawyer or can i directly apply through employer. please help me on this.

The employer must apply for the LMO but you can help him. Go to Service Canada and ask their advice.

i don't think you need to pay for LMO the employer is the one to get the LMO for you and if there is fee for that, that won't cost C$3000.
go check all the information www.cic.gc.ca
