Does it mean that my application is returned? (Applied in Nov. 10, 2015)

Hello All,

I just found a "delivery notice" from Canada Post in my mailbox.
Since I was not at home today, I have to go to the post office to get the parcel.
However, I have no clue whether or not the parcel is my application.

I application was received by Quebec immigration office on November 10, 2015 before 10:00 am.
The Quebec immigration announced on Nov. 10, 2015 that the 3500 applications has been attained.



I "think" my application is returned because the quote was already reached.

Is there anyone who got their application back? or got a file number???

My application was received on 10th Nov around 14:09, while my friend's application was received the same day @ 14:28.

There was a delay of 20 mins to receive the courier by same person at Quebec office: R THOMAS.

The OP is clearly living in Canada, as s/he received a notification from Canada Post. Whether or not it's her/his application being returned is anyone's guess.

If your application was received by Immigration Quebec on 11/11, you are outside the quota & your application will be returned.

Hello All,

I found out that the parcel was not from Quebec immigration office.
I received totally an unexpected gift from my parents.

Nowadays, all my attention is on Quebec immigration.
That's why, when I received the 'delivery of notice', i immediately thought that was from Quebec office.

When I get either AOR or anything elas, I will update the news!!
