I got my biometrics letter, without my medical getting reviewed. The eligibly review hasn't started yet. Does it mean refusal ?

I got the letter just in a few days after applying, also did read somewhere on this forum that it leads to a rejection. Hopefully I hope it clears out!

what? it is an autogenerated email. you have paid the fees for biometrics right? so then you did not expect to receive a biometric request letter?
