The application asks where you think you will settle if you're approved. I put down Toronto, but it really doesn't matter to me. Are there provinces where I'd get approved faster if I said I was moving there?
it would be better to put anything other than Ontario because they think it is getting crowded so it is hareder to get approved IMO.
Don't put Quebec as they have their own self employed stream.
