I don't mean to be funny, but why wouldn't you just login to keep it active? Isn't it more hassle to post twice on here?

I don't mean to be funny, but wouldn't it be easier to not reply than post a snotty comment? I can't remember he password, hence why I'm asking.

Have you tried resetting the password?

Also you asked if you should keep it active. If we all said yes you'd still not know your password, so why ask?
 
I don't think it matters if it's active but to be on the safe side just reset your password and keep it active. It's a pretty quick process.

What's with all the rude replies today? Actually Kryt0n, if someone said it didn't matter I would have not bothered attempting to reset. If they had, I would. Pretty obvious solution. Jesus. I don't know why people bother replying to these questions if all they give people is a hard time or snotty reply.

Neither of the responses you got were snotty. I asked if you had tried resetting your password. Then asked if you can't log in at all then why ask?

The response you liked also did not say either way whether or not it was important. So that wasn't even a clear cut answer.
So actually, mtc1992, I am going to refuse to assist you with any further queries in the future.

Oh no. I'm wounded. Really. That's probably for the best seeing as you and I have very different definitions of "helping".

And actually the reply I gave a +1 to gave a decent, unbiased reply without sarcastic questioning. I can for sure give you a +1 if that's what your self worth is based on :-)
